Samantha Dennison is an Albany/Kinjarling based artist working across painting and ceramics to explore ideas of stillness, space, and place. Best known for her still life oil paintings, Dennison’s practice draws on her background as an art teacher, potter and parent living in a regional community, and is underpinned by her interest in objects as containers of meaning and conveyors of narrative.
