For nighttime viewing - The video is a converging of two bodies of work of Ariel Ruby and Jacob Leary which harness and explores the affects and processes of liquidity. The artists share an interest in utilising water, viscosity, and pigment to explore new synthetic relations to nature and experience. The works aim to invoke a sense of the magical, hovering on the threshold of the real, unreal and hyper-real.
